Research Areas<\/h3>\n

Professor of Humanities specializing in the philosophy of mind. Her research focuses on the philosophy of knowledge and mind, as well as the philosophy and theory of science. She works primarily within the tradition of analytic philosophy and Roman Ingarden\u2019s phenomenology, seeking connections between these two perspectives. Her current interests also include the philosophical challenges arising from the rapid development of modern technologies\u2014particularly questions concerning values, human identity, and the place of humans in an increasingly technologized world. Through her work, she explores the specificity and uniqueness of the human cognitive system and the limits of human understanding. \n\n<\/p>\n\n
