Currently, I am exploring the mind-body connection through the lens of psychoneuroimmunology, examining how chronic suppression of anger may contribute to autoimmune and psychosomatic disorders. A key aspect of my work involves studying self-silencing behaviors that emerge when personal boundaries are violated or individual aspirations are thwarted. My methodological approach integrates computational linguistic analysis through large language models with precise psychophysiological measurements to investigate the cognitive and behavioral mechanisms underlying emotional suppression. I emphasize connecting rigorous empirical investigation with theoretical frameworks of mind and philosophical perspectives on the nature of emotions.<\/p>\n\n
Key Publications<\/h3>\n
\n
\n B.
