Research Areas<\/h3>\n

\n My research interests focus on the development of social cognition and emotion understanding in children.\n I study how philosophical dialogue and educational methods such as Philosophy for Children (P4C) support\n the growth of cognitive and emotional abilities in early childhood. I am particularly interested in how\n children conceptualize the mind, thinking, and emotions, and how these processes relate to language\n development. As part of this work, I co-developed the Interview about the Mind (IaM), a tool designed to\n assess children\u2019s understanding of the mind. Another important area of my research involves exploring\n cross-cultural differences in how the mind and emotions are understood, as well as the role of\n philosophical reflection in fostering children\u2019s social and emotional development.\n <\/p>\n\n
