Some stricter parents punish their children, while others, who are more lenient, let them get away with things; still others focus more on emotions, but most importantly, every form of discipline is meant to teach a lesson.<br>In fact, the very word \u201cdiscipline\u201d comes from the Latin word \u201cdiscipulus\u201d meaning \u201cpupil, student\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In their new article researchers studied Chinese mothers and their approach towards disciplining children. Researchers took into account:<br>1. How Chinese mothers reference their emotions,<br>2.
