{"id":2104,"date":"2026-06-23T11:16:45","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T09:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cognitivescience.umk.pl\/?p=2104"},"modified":"2026-06-23T11:16:47","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T09:16:47","slug":"ncu-goodbye-party-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cognitivescience.umk.pl\/index.php\/ncu-goodbye-party-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"NCU Goodbye Party 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Saturday, 20 June 2026, during the \u201eNCU Goodbye Party\u201d, this year\u2019s graduates \u2013 who had travelled to us from Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Lebanon, Morocco, Germany, Italy, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine and Venezuela \u2013 received their congratulation letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dear International Alumni 2026!<\/em><br><em>We would like to thank you for choosing Poland and the Nicolaus Copernicus University from among so many educational paths. We are convinced that this decision will provide you with excellent opportunities for both professional and personal growth.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those leaving the University walls, it was a moment filled with deep emotion and pride. During the event, graduates and their accompanying guests had the opportunity to learn\u00a0<em>Gaudeamus igitur<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 the traditional Latin student anthem \u2013 together with the NCU Academic Choir. They were also introduced to the wide array of opportunities offered by the NCU Alumni Programme, designed to help them maintain a lifelong bond with their Alma Mater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key highlight of the ceremony was a lecture titled &#8222;<em>Humanity in the Age of Digital Artificial Intelligence&#8221;,<\/em>\u00a0delivered by <strong>Professor W\u0142odzis\u0142aw Duch<\/strong>. The presentation by this eminent cognitive scientist and AI pioneer inspired these young creators of the future to reflect deeply on the relationship between human potential and technology.
